Provide quality educational and recreational opportunities to empower our youth for their future

ABOUT US

Club is a fun, safe place for all school aged kids.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and United Way of Steele County Agency Partner. We provide care before and after school, on no school days and all day care during the summer months.

Our organization has been serving Blooming Prairie for over 20 years! We celebrate our organization throughout the year with events and fundraisers that are fun for the whole family! We cannot thank the amazing community of Blooming Prairie for their continued support over these many, fun-filled years!

As a parent, I am so thankful to have the youth club be part of our lives. My daughter enjoys her time at club and never wants to leave. The Blooming Prairie Youth Club provides a safe, friendly and educational environment for all and has been an amazing asset to our kids and the community.

I am blessed that we have the youth club in our community. When my kids older sister passed away, my mental health suffered. A friend stepped up and said "I will pay for your kids to go to the club." I wasn't working at the time and didn't think I needed the Club, yet it was my kids that needed the Club. They are able to go to a safe place that provided them with friendships, fun, and great learning opportunities. When I pick them up they always want to stay longer. Everyday seemed like a struggle to do spelling words and reading. My daughter often would come up with every excuses not to and it caused a lot of tension between us. With the help of the Club she now practices her spelling and reads everyday! Not fighting over homework has really helped our relationship.
